 Bay View Farm
Danville, Vermont

Our business began in 1983 with the acquisition by Andrew Stickney and Philip Grime of a 97 acre tree farm in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Located in the hill town of Danville, the property has a panoramic view of Mount Washington and the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The northern view encompasses Vermont’s Burke Mountain and the cliffs of Lake Willoughby beyond.

The farm is the source of our fine Christmas trees—balsam fir, white spruce, and white pine—naturally seeded in our fields from the surrounding woods. We tend to the trees throughout the year, by thinning and shearing trees for proper shape. Then around Thanksgiving, we harvest trees and take them to market in Saco, Maine.
